Face Shields for the NHS & Care Services

The staff at SJB are joining with schools across the country to provide support to the NHS. We have already donated all of our science equipment, such as goggles and gloves etc.

Our Design Technology department with the help of the staff in school supervising our key worker children, have already gone into production of face shields to support frontline NHS staff and those working in care homes as they treat those who are sick and vulnerable. We have now delivered over 365 shields with your support and have a further 360 set to be delivered this week. Demand has been overwhelming and we are committed to keep producing PPE throughout this crisis as long as there is a demand for it.

If you are able to make a donation to this worthy cause then we would be very grateful. All donations will be spent on the materials to make these shields or donated to other causes and organisations that are supporting the NHS and care services who are working on the front line throughout this crisis or other charities who are supporting our community at this time.
