We've all lost those we love to cancer, we have all seen the differnec that care and compassion makes to the end of life. I'm running the Sheffield 10k next weekend and would love to raise some much needed funds for St Lukes.

This is for you all those I have loved and lost to cancer. And especially you Dude, run alongside me in spirit...because let's be honest im not really a runner
