Help Disabled Single Mom

For pretty much my entire life, I’ve worked hard and raised my lovely girl on my own. I work hard to provide everything we needed, and prayed to the Lord to provide and He always has. I even try and set some money aside so we could do fun things. But in January 2021 I slipped and fell on ice and injured my back badly. I’ve always had pain and lived with it but now it is unlivable. I’ve been diagnosed with Spondylolisthesis of lumbar region, Lumbar facet arthropathy, spinal stenosis, lumbar degenerative disc disease, peripheral neuropathy.  I cannot walk for more than 2 minutes without extreme pain. I cannot take care of myself and need help doing just about everything. Even things such as sitting cause me pain if I do it for more than 15 to 20 minutes.  For over 4 years now I’ve been trying to work with doctors to try and alleviate the back pain, but they are now at the point where there's little they can do. The only option they have left is to do surgery on my back. But, at the time I was told this, I was told that I had to quit smoking and had to drop my BMI 15 points. I quit smoking May 2021 when I was in the hospital for pneumonia and sepsis. I was in a medically induced coma for about a week and went through all the withdrawals then, so I chose to stay smoke free. But it will take time for me to drop my BMI, especially considering the fact that I cannot move as much. I changed my diet and I’m following the weight training and physical therapy exercises they have me on. Also, because the pain kept me from work, I was forced to resign and am now on permanent disability. Ive been a good mom to my girl and it's hard on me mentally and physically dealing with the fact that I can't take care of myrself.  I know things are tough for lots of people everywhere so I'm only asking for help from anyone that is able to donate.  Thank you and may God bless you for any prayers or donations you can give.
