Help me see my daughter again

My name is Joshua McLaughlin and I am a career food service consultant and father in Victoria, BC, Canada. With love in my heart, I am reaching out to ask for support to help me see my daughter, Lilyana, again. It has now been 6 months since I got to spend time with my daughter and my concerns for her wellbeing grow daily.
I have always been a big part of Lilyana’s life until her mother and I decided to part ways, and they left Canada without proper notice or proper paperwork. Despite years of maintaining my relationship with Lilyana, paying child support without a proper agreement, and bi-monthly trips to visit her in Tacoma, her mother decided to sever all contact I had with Lilyana the day after I married my wife who Lilyana adores.
There have been multiple legal efforts made on my behalf to arrange a parenting plan but still no results. The legal fees have pilled upwards of $20,000 thus far and I have run out of ways to pay my attorney’s fees.
I am now faced with the challenges of dealing with false liens, false affidavits, and Moorish sovereignty claims and other major stalling tactics from my daughter’s mother to keep Lilyana away from me.
I am a loving father who wants what is best for my daughter, it is in her best interest to have time with both of her parents and all I am asking for is my rightful time with her. I will never give up on Lilyana. Please help me to continue legal proceedings so that I can see my daughter.
