The Prom Project

Hello, my name is Jodie. Recently when having a clear out I found some gorgeous dresses only suitable for a formal event like a Prom.

I had an idea to lend these dresses to teenage girls for their upcoming school proms instead of them forking out for a brand new one!

I am very focused on community and sustainability in fashion and this project brings them both together.

Any funds donated will help me to keep the Project running including laundering dresses, buying more pre-owned dresses, printing flyers etc.

The Project has already gained alot of interest and lots of people in the community have donated their dresses to be loaned out. I hope to continue to raise more awareness and have set a goal to help a minimum of 30 girls find the perfect sustainable dress by prom 2023!
