Education for underprivileged children is one of the projects coordinated by Arise African Child's ministry. Arise African Child's ministry is a registered charity community based organisation located in the Buikwe District of Uganda. It was established in 2016 in response to our passionate belief that we all have responsibility to children to promote their development and full achievement of their goals both as individuals and as citizens within their local communities and internationally.
Our mission arises in response to the realisation that poverty in our communities is exacerbated by a lack of knowledge and education. We aim to inspire the breakthrough in the way vulnerable, street and disadvantaged children live and achieve immediate and sustainable change in their lives.
Our goals are;
To create awareness of major community concerns and provision of help and advice to vulnerable children and their families.
To provide children with a formal education - to educate village members as to alternative sources of incomega generation and sustainable use of land.
To inspire hope, happiness and self-confidence among the community members.
These shall be archived through;
Payment of school tuitions, uniforms and supplies.
Payment of health bills.
Promotion of sports and games among all generations of the community.
Coordination and collaboration in the planning, protection and monitoring of child development.
Education of village members as to alternative sources of income generation and sustainable use of land.
