Please help my mom get treatment

Hi, my name is Jenny. The lady in the picture is my mother Kenia. My mom was the best friend anyone could have. She was such a kind and giving soul, but she needs help. She developed paranoid schizophrenia in 2020 and has deteriorated since then. I begged her to get help, but my brother and I didn't realize how sick she was until she began acting out toward those around us. She fled to her home country, the Dominican Republic, and we are unable to help her. In 2022, my brother, mother, and I buried my father. During that process, most of our funds went to flights, funeral arrangements, tomb engravings, etc. My brother, 24, and I, 21, are unable to help her. We have dedicated most of our time and money into maintaining her, but her treatments are too expensive. We found a clinic in DR that can induce and help her, the only issue is the cost. The medical contract is a minimum of 6 months and a maximum of 2 years treatment- Not including her medication and charges for personal assistance. She has started hurting herself and other people, which is completely out of her character. My mother has been through so much pain and she does not deserve to suffer. Please help her, I want my mother in my life and I want a calm and rewarding life for her.
