As a global network, we are acutely aware of the challenges and struggles facing communities across the world, and we all want to help—that’s what makes F45 a family. This year, it’s fair to say that each and every one of us has struggled in some capacity, some more than others. Mental health is arguably more important than ever before, which is why our first Heroes Hollywood of the year will be dedicated to raising funds for AFSP.
