Hello F45 community and community at large,

We are a small family owned fitness studio called F45 Pasadena nestled in the foothills of Pasadena. Many of our members lost their homes in the recent LA fires tragedy/Eaton fire.

We are here asking the F45 community, family, friends, and community at large to help raise money for our impacted families. Our F45 studio is grounded in community and we want nothing more than to help them through this difficult time.

To play off our silly yet extremely meaningful slogan - team training, life changing - we wholeheartedly believe that we have an opportunity to come together and change the trajectory of these well deserving families’ lives and change their lives.

Update: We have confirmed 5 members/families who have lost their homes to the Eaton Fire. We intend to transfer all funds to F45 Pasadena's business checking account and then distribute the funds equally by certified check to our affected members/families (rounded up to $900 each). Our members/families will use the funds to their discretion - whether it is to enjoy meals with their family, to purchase household items and essentials, or to assist with accumulated credit card debt, this is a gift to them to let them know they are not alone in their attempt to restore some kind of normalcy.
