F45 HSF "Scrooge Your Trainer" Fundraiser

Join the F45 Houston Strong Fitness family of F45 Training studios, F45 EaDo x F45 Memorial x F45 Energy Corridor, as we encourage you to "Scrooge Your Trainer" this Christmas season! For every $1 donated prior to Christmas Day, you can choose the F45 Trainer (or trainers) of your choice to do 1 second of work of an F45 Training exercise (ex. $10 donation = 10 seconds of work). Upon donating, mention the coaches name and exercise of your choice and tune in online to see them getting "scrooged."

All proceeds will support the Innocence Project in the name of justice for the wrongfully convicted and their families. Help us bring an innocent person home one day by "scrooging" your F45 HSF Trainer!
