To raise vital funds for Mikeysline- a charity dedicated to supporting people across the Highlands and Moray during the most difficult and vulnerable moments of their lives- I’m committing to 50 consecutive days of fitness.
This cause is deeply personal to me. I’m doing this in memory of my incredible uncle, Graeme, who tragically took his own life at just 50 years old. I want to honour his life while helping others who may be struggling in silence.
Exercise has a powerful impact on mental health, and through this challenge, I hope to not only raise awareness around men’s mental health, but also encourage all of us to make time each day to move our bodies and prioritise our wellbeing.
