Hi, my name is Eyal Almani. I am a Life Scout in Troop 777. For my Eagle Scout project, I will be working with the Bronx Mercy Center in Mott Haven, Bronx. The Mercy Center is a community center that helps create opportunities for families in the South Bronx through education. Right now some of the classrooms at the center are overused and cramped. I will be helping to renovate two of their classrooms to make them more pleasant and beneficial to the community. I am going to install shelves and storage spaces, as well as a new carpet. Additionally, I will paint the walls of one of the rooms and add inspirational posters in the other. I am looking to raise $950 for my project. Any amount donated would be greatly appreciated.
