Extreme times call for extreme challenges

Extreme times call for extreme challenges to support our local heroes . 


Next week, for my birthday, I’m going to be doing the David Goggins Challenge to raise money for our local healthcare heroes of Elmhurst Hospital, Mt Sinai Hospital and Brooklyn Hospital. 


I’m going to run 4 Miles every 4 Hours for 48 hours starting from:


April 29th Wednesday 7:00AM

Every 4 hours

To May 1st Friday 07:00AM


I’m going to partner up with Blend of Astoria and Slice Astoria. 


Each meal cost $15 per meal (They will match every meal). 


If we hit our goal, we will be able to purchase over 600 meals! 


It’s no secret, New York City is now the Epicenter in the world of Covid 19.
