THIS FAMILY NEEDS TO GET THESE HAPPY FACES AND THEIR LIVES BACK THEY ARE IN EXTREME NEED OF A CLEAN PLACE TO STAY - ITS CHRISTMAS AND THEY HAVE BEEN PLACED IN A DIRTY SQUALLER UNFIT FOR HUMANS! THEY HAVE DISABLED CHILDREN ONE OF WHOM CRAWLS AROUND THE DIRTY FLOORS.

Can't do this alone anymore as our family is being destroyed. Wrote this for a Go Fund Me page.... please feel free to edit it as my heads all over the place, trying to explain it all, there's too much to say ...is this ok?.... We are a homeless family of 5 with a disabled son with a complex medical life threatening condition. We also have 2 other children with special needs.... helpless desperate mother pleading for any help, we need support, hit real crisis! We've been made homeless due to no fault of our own, moved to Devon nearly 300 miles from our home town for my husbands engineering job, to live away from the Post Tramatic stress my daughter and I suffered, for slower pace, safer lifestyle Devon offers. We fought to get our son into school for 9 months here, no respite, I got very, very ill and nearly died. My husband/childrens father had to take some sabaticol leave to help with our 3 children, as only 1 out of the 3 were in school. Everything was planned before the move and we got let down so massively, lies were told, but sticking to the main story, our Landlord wanted their house back before the contract was up as their plans hadn't worked out. We had paid 6 months rent upfront. We were eventually put in emergency housing when things took a violent twist. All 5 of us put in a 2 bedroom holiday apartment, it turned out damp, we lost a lot of our belongings, our disabled son got very sick. He suffers with respiratory and cardiac arrest in status Eplietius seizures, have CPR performed on him many times by myself his mother, and paramedics countless times. A housing officer came to see our son ill and the damp in the accommodationwe had been put in, we got moved into a temporary 2 bedroom small house. Now we have gone past the allocated time that the council should have homed us, been living homeless for nearly 5 months. We wake up Christmas day to a flood in the front room around the kids presents and this bad toxic smell. Me and all 3 kids have a temperature, upset tummy, all feel so poorly. The plumber came in and felt nauseous in the small amount of time he was in this house and found the big problem. The house hasn't been sealed properly underneath, building fault, we are sat ontop of brown water, rotten wood, all soaked into the laminate flooring, loads of spours and mold growing. We have all been ill since moving here in the Summer, but we got worse since its coming up thru the floor now. The smell is unbearable. It's a safe guarding issue and the housing officer told us they won't put us up in a Travel Lodge, apparently this is not classed as an emergency. They will look at the plumber report in the New Year. We can't stay in this temporary accommodation any longer. I'm so scared for my family's health, myself and daughter been in bed all Christmas day, our disabled son rolls around the floor at age 13 due to his mobility disability, hes been vomiting, so explains why now. We used the last of our money to make this move to Devon 14months ago. We are being treated so badly, the housing officer just told us not entailed to move us. We have a really bad smelly leak and we are all ill with no space to get away from the health hazard. Me and my husband have to sleep on the floor due to space in this house, with our 2 sons, my daughters mental health is deteriorating fast now as is mine. Housing are so nasty when I explained. I'm was breaking down on the phone asking for help. My daughter threw up with the upset. We are all showing respiratory issues living here, and getting worse, my disabled son already has central apnoea and my other son is under ENT. We need to get out and money to pay to get us in a safe, dry caravan asap in the next town and possibly cattery fees if we can raise enough. We have been fighting to get a stable roof over our heads now for nearly a year, to get support for our complex situation, I'm so scared for my family. Help Needed, this is making us all so ill trying to keep the 5 of us in a bedroom to keep safe at the moment. Housing won't help, need help please from my family in crisis.
