We are devastated by the loss of our beloved Sandra, Mother, Daughter, Sister, Girlfriend, Step-Mom, Aunti and Friend. My sister had an outpatient procedure on Nov. 22; she became ill on Thanksgiving morning and was admitted to the hospital. Each day she became more ill due to an infection that attacked her vital organs. On Monday, 12/5, she was transferred to UCLA to the ICU unit for a possible liver transplant. Each day her condition digressed. On Wednesday, 12/7 my sister's heart stopped at 11:56 pm and she went home to be with the Lord. My sister Sandra leaves behind 3 beautiful children, Jacob, Marisa and Ezekiel. She was the head of the household, raised her children as a single parent, and did an amazing job. Such a tragedy has left an enormous amount of financial hardship towards medical expenses, funeral costs and daily living necessities for her children. My sister loved everyone and was loved by many.
