A smile for all

Hi my name is Freida and I fund an orphanage called “ Asmile for all” in the city of Iganga, country of Uganda. It is a city that is poverty stricken with a lot of street kids that have been abandoned by their parents or have lost both parents. It is dear to my heart because it is heartbreaking to see the reality of hunger. The children are in need of food, clothing, shoes, education; clean drinking water and medical care.
