A Bike for a Better Future – Help Two Teens in Colombia

Hi everyone! My name is Angie Lopez, I’m originally from Colombia but currently living in Canada. With my birthday coming up soon, and in honor of a new year of life, I want to give back to my community in Colombia.
I’ve “partnered” with a kind-hearted influencer called @bocadosanonimos, who is known for supporting small local (mostly street) businesses by buying their food and giving it to the homeless in Colombia.
In one of his recent videos, I saw two teenagers who sell ice cream on the streets to survive. He bought all their ice cream and even gave them extra money to fix their bike, which was broken — and they didn’t have the means to repair it.
I would truly love to gift each of them a brand new bike so they can continue their business and move around the city with dignity and ease. I’ve been doing research for it and they are around $800.000 - $1.100.000 COP or around $266 - $400 CAD each. It depends on the place where we will be buying them. I’m trying to find the Best but for a good price.

Me he “aliado” con un influencer muy solidario llamado @bocadosanonimos, conocido por apoyar pequeños negocios locales (la mayoría callejeros), comprando su comida y regalándola a personas sin hogar en Colombia.
En uno de sus videos recientes, vi a dos adolescentes que venden helados en las calles para sobrevivir. Él les compró todos los helados y además les dio dinero extra para reparar su bicicleta, que estaba dañada y no podían arreglar por falta de recursos.
Mi sueño es regalarle a cada uno una bicicleta nueva para que puedan seguir trabajando y moverse por la ciudad con más facilidad y dignidad. Las bicis están entre $800.000 a $1’100.000 COP o $266 - $400 CAD. Depende de donde las compremos pero estoy buscando algo bueno bonito y que les dure.
