Skyla received the best care from ward 52 at Leeds General Infirmary.

What started as a headache turned into something we never expected…

She has been through so much — brain surgery, an induced coma, and a venous stroke all caused by bacterial meningitis — but her strength has been incredible.

She is now slowly walking again, and her humour is shining through every day.

We are beyond proud of her!
