Mellon Educate Literacy Programme

Hi, my name is Ola Kacperska and I am a Transition Year student in Belmayne ETSS. Recently I have been given the chance to travel to Capetown, South Africa to help make a difference on behalf of Mellon Township.

Other TY students and I will be flying out to South Africa to partake in a mix of volunteering projects. We will be involved in helping build a school and improving children’s literacy. We are also hoping to introduce hurling and camogie to the children.
