At Splash Patrol, we are coming together as a group to take part in a Swimathon, raising money for Little Buds SEND Group — a group that means so much to our families.

Little Buds puts on wonderful events for children with SEND and their families. As a parent of an autistic child, this group is especially close to our hearts. It gives families a place where we can feel comfortable, welcomed, and understood.

Little Buds creates a space where children can truly be themselves and where parents can meet others who understand the day-to-day struggles of the education system, life challenges, and the emotional ups and downs we face. It’s a place to talk, connect, and feel supported without judgment.

All of our children will be taking part by swimming lengths of the pool, and by the end of the challenge we will have a total number of lengths recorded. Every child taking part will receive a certificate to celebrate their amazing efforts.

This event will be taking place from Saturday 28th November to Tuesday 2nd December, and any donations are gratefully appreciated.
