We’re students at the University of North Texas who believe that real change begins right here in our own community. Our local Denton community has been struggling, and our neighbors need our help. According to United Way, there were 62 families facing homelessness in July of this year, and organizations like Giving Grace need our help in supporting them.

In the last 12 months, Giving Grace, an organization that aids local families facing homelessness, has served 506 households, totaling 1,180 individuals within Denton County. It's still not enough; they have to turn families away.

That’s why we’re raising funds on behalf of Giving Grace, which is a remarkable 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that serves families with children in Denton County who are currently homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. Their wraparound services are rooted in hope: providing not just temporary relief, but long-term support that empowers families to rebuild, regain stability, and thrive again. Giving Grace’s clients are succeeding in rebuilding their lives, and we can assist them in their journey.

Your donation will help Giving Grace continue their life-changing work. Just $500 can achieve:

● 20 days of meals for a family ($25/day)

● 10 families with transportation assistance ($50/family)

● 7 nights of safe shelter for a family ($65/night)
