Hi, my name is Nthabiseng Kgafela, and I am the founder of Raising Queens Foundation.
Raising Queens Foundation was created from a place of deep love — and deep reality.
Every day, I meet young boys and girls who are bright, curious, and full of potential, yet burdened by circumstances they did not choose. Children who are growing up too fast, navigating poverty, broken systems, absent support, and limited opportunities — not because they lack ability, but because they lack access.
I’ve seen how quickly confidence fades when a child feels unseen.
I’ve seen how dreams shrink when survival becomes the priority.
And I’ve seen how powerful it is when even one person chooses to believe in them.

Raising Queens Foundation is a community-based organisation committed to uplifting young boys and girls through:

Despite our name, Raising Queens Foundation is about raising leaders — girls and boys who know their worth, respect themselves and others, and believe they can shape their own futures.
