Hi, my name is Neil and I am raising money towards providing defibrillators for neighbourhoods in Salisbury. I am working in conjunction with the charity London Hearts who will supply the defib machines and Spencer Mulholland who is working out where we put them. As you can see, I have the easy bit, all I have to do is walk up a hill and back down again.

I will be trekking in Nepal from Lukla to Everest Base Camp via three higher Himalayan Mountain passes: Khongmala Pass, Kalapathhar, Chola, Gokyo Lake and Renjola Pass to Lungden.
