Helping Evacuate My Family From Gaza to Canada

Dear Friends,

I am reaching out to you with an urgent appeal for support to help evacuate my family from the war zone in Gaza. The situation has become increasingly dire, and the safety of my family is at stake.

My family in Gaza consists of my cousin Noor along with her husband and three daughters. To make it very simple and clear as you all know the situation in Gaza is extremely difficult. All basic food items such as flour, oil and sugar have become scarce, they have not been able to consume any meat for 3 months, while relying on canned food.

Besides the unfortunate minimum amount of food supply available, and fleeing from one location to another to survive the large bombardments, the entire Gaza Strip has become unsafe/unliveable for my family there. There is no fuel in any of the cars, so constantly finding a method of transportation consitently is near impossible.

Currently, the only way to save Noor and her family would be to help them get to Egypt through the Rafah boarder crossing. Currently it is $ 5,000 USD for each person. I have broken down the goals needed for this campaign into a few steps.

Step 1)

To raise $25,000 USD in order to get Noor and her family to Egypt.

Step 2)

To raise $2010 USD to cover the cost of renting an apartment for 2 months in Egypt while they can figure out their next steps.

Your financial support, no matter how small, will contribute to the immediate evacuation efforts and to get my family to a safe haven. Funds raised will be used transparently towards securing their evacuation.
