Ev move back to Seattle (and get a car)

Hey, my name is Ev, and for the last couple of years I've been living at Strawberry Moon Farm. Unfortunately, it's time for me to move on, as it's no longer a good place for me. I want to come back to Seattle, and focus on community building, music, doing events and taking care of the people around me. I've been doing it as best I can for years, at a distance, but being in the city now will let me dedicate my full efforts towards it. Unfortunately, I'm broke right now, so I'm cashing in the goodwill I've earned over the years to help me get settled back into things, and also get a car.
I've always tried to be self sustaining and managed to get by pretty well. It's not that this time I'm at risk of being homeless, or completely destitute. It's a question of being able to focus on what I do best; if I move back with no cushion (I'm going to have about 100$ when I get up there), I'm going to immediately have to focus on getting a job, saving up for a place, and that'll mean I won't have the time or energy to explore and create the opportunities that I want to for myself and others for a decent chunk of time. Getting a car ties into this; having a car would allow me to facilitate and participate in so much more good for everyone in terms of giving rides, being able to set up stuff and haul things around, and getting to/from wherever anyone needs me at a moments notice. I genuinely don't want to own a car in a city, but if I want to facilitate the community most effectively, it's a really important tool to have.
10,000$ is a lot of money, and I don't expect to get that full amount. That's my dream goal to get completely set up with no worries. But realistically, I'm hoping to get half of that. About half of that will go towards me getting a place, moving expenses and being able to settle in. And the other half towards a car. But any amount will take pressure off me, and allow me to focus more on giving back to the community that has given me everything in this world. I love y'all, and thanks so much in advanced.
