Regional Hospice & American Lung Association
Donation protected
After a very brief & grueling battle with lung cancer, I lost my grandfather (AKA "Bee-Bop"), Edward Boxer. During his short fight with stage 4 lung cancer, he was cared for at Regional Hospice in Danbury, CT.
Regional Hospice is a beautiful place where they made my grandfather feel comfortable. They provide compassionate & quality care to people with terminal illnesses.
In an effort to pay it forward, I'm looking for donations to be able to provide the patients at Regional Hospice with care packages. I'd like to be able to bring a smile to their face during a rough time. In addition, I would like to raise money & awareness for the American Lung Association.
If you would like to help with my efforts, please donate what you can. I will split the donations between both non-profit organizations.
Thank you for your support!

I could not ask for a better grandfather than Bee-Bop. He was the most caring, loving, outgoing and funniest person you will ever meet. Bee-Bop would make jokes no matter what the situation was. He never ran out of jokes and he found the light in the darkest times. He always had a smile on his face and brought one to everyone around him. He was always so proud of his family. He knew everyone and would make friends with anyone around him and everyone who knew him loved him. For the few days I would visit him in Florida each year during his winter stays, he would bring me all over the place to meet his friends and play all sorts of games. He would bring me to pickleball to play and meet all his friends, then we would go to the beach and play bocce, then we would go to his friend's house at night to play cards. Those were just a few of the many things that he loved. Bee-Bop loved his red wine with some chocolate chips, playing poker, watching his favorite game shows or sports games, and many other things.
