North York Moors National Park - Youth Voice

Hey we are the Youth Voice group of the North York Moors National Park! We strive to get more young people involved in National Park policy, as well as encouraging more young people to explore the park, helping them discover the beauty of nature! Our mission statement is: Strive to inspire, empower and educate through a youth platform and provide equal opportunities for those in and around the North York Moors National Park.

We have many important objectives:

• Improve biodiversity

• Make visiting the National Park appealing

• Help people's mental health

• Talk to and inspire other young people

• Have a voice, be heard and teach others

• Not tokenistic, adults should listen, hear, take action and give feedback on actions taken.

This fundraising page is to support the development of our youth voice council, letting us spread our voice further, expanding our reach and making more young people heard in National Park decision making and authority. Young people are the future, help us make sure their input is taken seriously and implemented into action!
