Hi, my name is Khinuu, and I'm fundraising for my good friend Castille. In the early hours of Monday morning, I received a frantic phone call that her house was on fire; she told me that the fire department was there and everyone was safe. The call was less than 30 seconds, and she'd call me back. It's hard to explain the gut-dropping feeling I felt. I'd just met up with her the day before and kissed her and the kids.

She and her spouse are now displaced with four young children under 10. Although they have homeowners insurance, they have immediate expenses that need to be covered. Imagine losing everything except what you could grab in your hand and what's on your back. Fire restoration confirmed that the fire started in an electrical outlet. They have a long road of recovery and repair to their newly purchased home that they've only been in for a year.

They are in financial need but will also take items such as:
