Our Mission
Our goal is simple - create a more inclusive future for all by empowering youth to Transform Community and Shift The Culture of Innovation.
What We Do: Ethọ́s Lab Innovation Academy for Youth Grades 5-12.
Ethọ́s Lab delivers inclusive and interdisciplinary after-school STEAM programming (Science, Technology, Engineering, Applied Art and Math) where youth in grades 5-12 participate in workshops, and events, learning creative and problem-solving skills alongside their peers and mentors. Our goal is to provide youth with the core skills for post-secondary admissions & future careers to create a more inclusive future for all.
Fundraising Goal
In conjunction with Black Futures Month, Ethọ́s Lab is launching a fundraising campaign to raise $100,000 in 100 days through February and May where we raise the funds for program delivery. Last year we raised $87K and we hope to meet our goal of $100,000 this year.
Here’s Why
Our research has shown that Black and other Visible Minorities face inequity in income and employment, despite being educated.
We believe that a systematic and community-based approach to enabling access for the youth to enter STEAM careers is the single biggest way to unlock multi-generational impact for these communities.
Our Inclusive approach has seen results in both increasing racial and gender inclusion in STEAM.
This mission is not simple or singular; we invite you to join us in a collective effort that will lead to societal impact across short and long-term horizons.

Gift Impact
$175 supports one (1) youth for an 12-week workshop
$5000 supports one month of facilitation for one program cycle
