Ethan's Heart Surgery Recovery

As many of you know, Ethan was born with Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome.  This congenital heart defect affects 1 in every 10,000 babies.  Ethan was unfortunately that 1 out of the 10,000.  He was born with a severely under developed left ventricle along with other heart defects.  In essence, he has half of a heart.  HLHS can't be fixed as it is terminal, but it can be managed.  It requires a series of 3 open heart surgeries.  His first one (Norwood) was at 5 days old, his second one (Glenn) was at 4 months old, and his 3rd one (Fontan) was done on Friday the 20th. There were complications during the surgery and he is in the PICU fighting for his life.   Recovery is unpredictable, so I'm not sure how long he will be here.  I have a 3 year old and 4 month old at home and I currently can't work.  I am struggling to make ends meet.  I am not one to ask for help because I'm usually the one offering a helping hand, but I am swallowing my pride and asking for some assistance in supporting my beautiful family.  It is very expensive having a child in a hospital. The medical bills are climbing. Even the little things like eating meals add up! I want to be able to buy Ethan all that he wants and needs to keep him as happy and comfortable as I can while confined in his hospital room. We would greatly appreciate any donations!
