Ethan Cornieles medical expenses

Hello my name is Jill and I am asking for help for my 13 year old son Ethan. Ethan had appendicitis. After waiting 12 hours and being transferred between three hospitals his appendix burst. He ended up having a second operation to remove some contamination that was missed the first time. Currently he is recovering but he is in a public hospital in Costa Rica. He does not speak Spanish and we are not allowed to be with him. It will cost about $5,000 for the hospital room plus another $5,000 for doctors and fees to move him to a private hospital where he can finish his recovery and we can be with him. Please help my boy.
