Ester's family travel expenses 2 brain surgeries

Hi My name is Donna and I am fundraising for my granddaughter Lucy Ester who is scheduled for brain surgery next week. They will need to travel over 4 hours to get to the hospital so they will have hotel and meal expenses for several weeks for 2 surgeries and multiple follow up visits.

Ester is 11 years old and has been living with uncontrolled seizures for the past 3 years. After many medications attempts and diet restrictions, she is still having 20-24 seizures a day. Currently Ester needs someone next to her 24 hour a day and mom has not been able to work. Living on Dad's single paycheck is challenging. Our hope is that the deep brain stimulation system will allow her to go to school and provide her with a better life.
