At 6:30 AM on September 22, 2025 community member and father of 3 Esteban was detained by ICE on his way to work.

Esteban supports not only his wife and three children, but other family members who live in their home.

He is a loved and cherished father and hardworking man.

His family, including his eight year old daughter, are distraught by his kidnapping.

His wife is asking for support for rent and basic living expenses for herself and her children. They humbly ask the Mount Pleasant community for support and assistance during this horrible time.

UPDATE FEB 2026: Esteban’s wife is working to reunite with him. Any funds raised will go directly to help this family reunification.
