Show "Lane " Dreams Can Come True !

Hello All,
Louise Lander, here, mother of Lane McGinnis whom I am going to try and assist to create his Dream Business ! He needs funds for equipment, one of which is a plasma table. If anyone deserves to create and flourish, it would be my son. Why? He has had a rough start in life. At 14 he was diagnosed with bone cancer. He was one of the lucky ones that survived however he had to have his leg amputated to remove the cancer that chemo didn’t destroy. He never complained, he even was able to have humor along the way to recovery. “ (a quick story) I was driving Lane to school one day and had received his failing report card. I said “ Lane you need to get at least a high school diploma to get a good job! Failing all classes except Art and PE will not do ! He said, “ MOM don’t worry about it I know where I can always get a job!” I looked at him with a “REALLY “mom face… I said “Where?” He replied.. “ I can always work at …..“I HOP”…. well we laughed so hard ! A boy at 15 who recently had his leg removed and just interring High School can have that kind of sense of humor, I knew he would be ok.




So that brings me now to my next chapter of my unsung hero,”LANE” ! After a few years of coping with his recover and restrictions, my other son, Matt, crashed at his first meet in College while on the down hill racing team.He acquired a traumatic brain injury. Then after two years of not much improvement, we found out he had Lyme Disease. It was a five year journey of multiple doctors and clinics to heal him. All the while Lane was there to help. His brother and I had to leave for months on end to try different therapies to heal the head and Lyme. Lane put his life really on hold. We had to leave for months on end. Lane would house sit and take care of things while we were away. He never complained. I could not have done it with out him. So now, if I could I would give the funds needed for Lanes dream however unfortunately 5 years of caring for some one with a chronic illness does drain the savings reserve.

I am beyond words how grateful I am now that I do have two healthy young men… as Lane always says with his great attitude,

“Its a great day, I am above ground!” My optimistic son has always too said just take one step at a time….. thats all one can do!




I have never asked any one for money. It feels uncomfortable however I am a mama bear and no matter how uncomfortable it may be for me, I will continue to strive to help him be successful. When doctors told me multiple times for both boys there was nothing else to be done… those words feel on my deaf ears! I would not stop and kept looking for those hidden miracles. I do try and show my boys that determination and a great attitude can create miracles!! Never give up!!




So I BLAST OFF this GO FUND ME with one step at a time by RUNNING A MARATHON on my 62 year birthday in honor of my amazing son who has overcome one bad ass cancer and has shown amazing perseverance and determination, he never gave up. I am raising funds to seed his amazing vision for a Metal Fabrication business .

I just know with just a little help WE can accomplish this goal and give strength, hope to Lane that by aiding him in acquiring the plow so to speak, he will be able to grow his food and be able to feed others by hiring others so he can train and be a citizen that gives ! Just giving him the food so to speak only last for a meal…. but providing one with a plow and a field one will be able to feed many and continue to contribute! (my analogy for the day)




SO FRIENDS , FAMILY , FRIENDS OF FRIENDS, OUR CLINICS WE ATTENDED, REALTORS, DOCTORS…. WHOM EVER OUR PATHS CROSSED…. LETS GET THIS DONE AND BLOW HIS MIND THAT THERE ARE AMAZING SUPPORTIVE PEOPLE OUT THERE THAT WANT TO SEE “LANE SUCCEED’ !!!! Please if you can, please share with your friends and colleagues !!!!

With just one drop at a time in a bucket it can eventually fill up!!!
