Greetings and Happy Holidays!

Every holiday season, Simons Physical Therapy adopts a local family in need. Meals, pantry items, specific requests from family members, monetary gifts, and gift cards, donated through the generosity of our staff & patients, are collected at the office for delivery prior to Christmas.

SPT will also provide the family with complete meals for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Non-perishable holiday food items, as well as pantry items are welcomed and needed. See our wrapped collection box in the lobby!

This year, we are helping an amazing mom & dad and their 5 children who recently moved to Tucson and are staying with relatives. Of course, the needs are many and we truly appreciate ANY donation you will consider.
