Hi everyone!
I recently have become invovled with an oragnization called MEDLIFE at UCSB and I have been incredibly inspired by the work they have done around the world. MedLife works to helps families achieve higher potentials by straying from the constraints of poverty and encouraging them to lead healthier lives.
Their aim is to gather dedicated individuals who are willing to devote time to these poor communities to facilitate their access to Medicine, Education, and community development as they believe access to quality healthcare is a basic human right.
In order to make this possible, volunteers are needed to help bring the necessary resources to these communities and I would like to be apart of this. For those of you who know me, you are aware of the passion I have for working with children and improving the quality of education; it would mean the world to me if I was able to partake in this years trip to Quito, Ecuador where MEDLIFE will be hosting a moblie clinic for the surrounding community!
