Hi, my name is Malia and I am raising money for my sister Erica, who was recently diagnosed with breast cancer. Erica will be undergoing a bilateral Mastectomy on October 24th.

Erica is employed as a social worker for the children's home society, with the mission to develop healthy children, advocate for children and families and build engaged communities. She serves the community by providing food for families in need, attends events to raise money and networks with other foundations. She has dedicated her career, helping others.

As a community let's help Erica! Erica has had many appointments, all with copays, has had procedures not fully covered by insurance. After surgery she will have many more appointments. Erica will not be able to work after surgery and will need assistance with bills as well. Due to the nature of her surgery, she will not be able to shop, prepare meals or clean after surgery. The money raised will help with grocery delivery, paying for meals, housekeeping, and medical expenses.
