Hi, we’re Aim & Emily.
We both worked in Education and Health & Social Care, and after years of supporting others, we each took a big step and launched our own dog service businesses. We’re proud of what we’ve built — and now we want to use our time and energy to give back to the community that supports us.
We’ve recently completed Restart a Heart – Defibrillator Instructor Training with the Ajuda Foundation. This means we’re now qualified to teach life-saving CPR and defibrillator awareness and we want to deliver this training FREE to schools and community projects.
Why we’re fundraising
To offer this training at no cost, we need to purchase the essential equipment that makes sessions possible: training AED units and CPR practice resources.
Our goal is to raise £2,000 to fund the equipment needed to deliver proper, hands-on training. Every donation will go directly towards helping us provide these sessions to the community for free.
Your donation will help us:
• Buy the equipment needed to deliver hands-on training
• Offer sessions free to local groups and schools
• Build confidence so more people know what to do in a cardiac emergency
The challenge
To raise these funds, Aim will run 270km during February (equivalent to the length of Wales). Emily will lead on social media, sharing updates, progress, and spreading awareness around defibrillators and emergency response.
Aim’s final run will be Porth to the Brynfynnon Pub, in honour of Guto Nyth Bran, a running legend from Rhondda Cynon Taff. It’s said his life ended after a cardiac event following a race and his story is a powerful reminder that training and access to defibrillators can change outcomes, and save lives.
Our promise
We’re doing this because we believe life-saving skills should be accessible to everyone, not only those who can afford it.
Help us teach more people to become lifesavers.
If you’re able to donate, thank you from the bottom of our hearts and if you can’t, sharing this fundraiser helps more than you know.
Thank you to everyone in advance for your support ❤️
