Look at that smile! My daddy, he is the best. He has a zest for life. Many of you have the pleasure of knowing his sense of humor and genuine love for his friends and family. I want to see him live to 100! I pray God blesses him with many years to come, but there is a danger lurking right in his very backyard! Yes, his backyard...in the form of a VERY large and damaged (by lightning and termites) water oak tree! This tree is MASSIVE!

With the peak of hurricane season approaching (my daddy lives in the greater New Orleans area), one of our greatest fears is that this oak would fall over, demolishing my daddy's house and him in it! Estimates have been received, and removal of this tree can top up to over 10K!! Amazing! There is no way my dad, on his social security budget, can afford to have this tree removed. Unfortunately, the parish (Louisiana has parishes instead of counties) he lives in does not provide any assistance for seniors with this sort of job. Therefore, I am reaching out to YOU for your help.
