Ensure Continuous Care for Our Veterans

Please help me help our veterans!

My name is Allyson Platt,

I am a credentialed provider with TriWest (TriCare west coast) in San Diego, CA. I provide acupuncture and affiliated Chinese Medical treatments to veterans as a contracted provider for the VA.

Veterans are usually given a course of 12 treatments and can get more (and always need more). Unfortunately, the VA moves very slowly and quite often veteran patients have a long lapse in their care or a long wait for initial approval. It can take a few months from the time the request for more care is made to the time they are approved. This often sets back their healing time significantly. They deserve better!

Your donations will enable veterans to receive the care they need and deserve. Each donation received will be used directly for making sure they don’t go without care by covering the cost of treatments.

The money will also be used to offer no cost treatments to active military members and veterans who are not eligible for TriWest. I frequently give no cost treatments to those who cannot afford it and to those who have served our country. I would like to do this on a much larger scale and have the ability to give some money to other providers to offer this service too. I cannot do any of this without your help.

Together we can make sure those who’ve served our country get as many treatments as they need. Please help our veterans!
