Support me in my fight for my Son

Just a dad trying to raise my 5 year old son in a loving & safe environment. My son’s mother has serious mental illness & is a heavy drug user.

There have been many days that I have woken up to text messages about my son being taken by Cps because she is not wanting to live anymore& have also been falsely accused of kidnapping my son. This false allegation has been posted all over the internet with me & my wife’s personal information & whereabouts. Because of this we have woken up to threats from strangers & this is all during the time I have had my son in my care from being told by his mother to take him because he is too much for her to handle.

I have been worried for the safety of my son many days & nights & want to see him home with me, where he is not put second to a drug, used as a pawn & sought as an obligation. I currently started the process to file for sole physical custody of my son & want to make sure I have all he may need to live comfortably with me full time, as well as keeping up with expensive legal fees.

My lawyer’s retainer is $6,000. I am hoping to receive anything that will help me towards this. Any & everything is appreciated.
