Our Mission

Enspire Foundation's mission is to reconnect the under-served population and minority youth and adults to their legacy as change agents.

Our Why

Founded in 2020, Enspire Foundation was born from a son's love for his mother and his desire to keep her legacy alive through service to others. Frank Edwards, son of Dorothy Ann Edwards, believes in the potential of people. Not just as individuals but also in our strength as a community.

Who We Are

A team of professionals, educators, parents, and community leaders who are dedicated to guiding and directing the brilliance of underserved minority youth, and cultivating their skills and talents into positive growth and opportunity.

Dot's Legacy

Dorothy Ann Edwards came from a humble beginning. At a young age, she understood the importance of education and hard work. As the oldest child, she was the "rock" of the family and made sure all of her siblings knew they were loved and had the potential to be great.

Dorothy was an amazing and selfless woman who believed that helping others help themselves was God's plan for her.
