Who Am I and Why Am I Doing This?
My name is Ryan Biddiss, founder of @pocpatrol21 – a grassroots community initiative dedicated to reducing knife and gun crime across London.
We’ve already been working on the ground – distributing bleed control kits, raising awareness through schools, businesses, and community groups, and campaigning for change.
But recently, the violence has escalated here in SE London. I’ve seen first-hand the pain in families’ faces, the fear in parents’ eyes, and the tragic headlines that seem to come every week. I can’t just stand by and watch this get worse – and I know many of you feel the same.
There has been a shocking rise in stabbings and young people carrying knives across the Royal Borough of Greenwich & SE London, Families are being torn apart. Communities are living in fear. Our streets are no longer safe – and we refuse to sit back and do nothing.
ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.
We’re calling on our community to come together and make a stand against knife crime – before another life is lost.
⸻
What Are We Doing?
We are launching community-led patrols across Greenwich – boots on the ground, eyes on the streets, responding to real-time sightings and reports of youths with knives. When we pull up, we’re not here to criminalise – we’re here to talk. To reason. To show another way.
Through conversation, intervention, and presence, we want to break the cycle before it ends in bloodshed.
We’re not the police. We’re not waiting for permission.
We’re the people – and we’re taking action.

Where Will Your Donations Go?
Your support will help us:

• Provide training and support for local volunteers
• Distribute urgent bleed control kits across the borough
• Respond quickly to reports and sightings with a calm, community-first approach
• Engage with young people at risk and encourage knife surrenders
• Create awareness campaigns that hit home and save lives

This Is Bigger Than Just One Group – This Is All of Us
Every parent. Every sibling. Every neighbour. Every friend.
We’ve seen too many young lives wasted – now it’s time to act.
Please donate what you can, share this page, and help us take back our streets before it’s too late.
One knife off the street could mean one life saved.
