Enneagram Prison Project Australia
Over 43,000 people are currently incarcerated within Australia. Government expenditure on corrective services is almost $5 billion per year. 60% of incarcerated individuals will return to prison within 3 years of their release. We have an unsustainable criminal justice system.
The Enneagram Prison Project is on a mission to understand why we do what we do, using the Enneagram to inspire transformation on both sides of the bars through self-awareness, self-regulation, and self-compassion; we do the work together. Our vision is to free people - all over the world - from the prisons of our own making. With your help, we can make this vision a reality.
We are currently initiating our first EPP programs in Australia and are very excited to be realising the value this incredible program is capable of delivering. In the US we have seen the rates of reoffending drop from over 60% down below 10% for single program attendees and down to 0% for those who attended twice. This phenomenal result shows that the Enneagram works as a profound tool for human change.
This fundraising campaign is to raise funds for the continued delivery of the EPP program within facilities in Australia. All funds will be used to support the current EPP programs within Queensland and to help establish more programs in facilities across Australia. Just like the Enneagram is a catalyst for personal transformation, financial support from our donor community is a catalyst for EPP’s growth, innovation, and sustainability. We need your support to do this work. Every gift counts. Each gift matters. Each person who contributes is part of this ground-breaking movement.
