Kayak Point Disc Golf Resort is asking for your help, so we can unveil the long awaited fifth and final 18 hole wooded white course! Let's get this in play to have even more variation and options for ALL to enjoy!
If you're able to support these efforts with a donation, small or large, every little bit helps!
These funds will help specifically with:
- Clearing downed trees and debris in fairways
- Smoothing out fairways with mini excavator
- Limbing up any additional trees in fairways
- 18 new baskets
- 18 new tee pads
- 18 new tee signs
- 18 new benches
If you're unable to make a donation, please consider helping us spread the word to ALL of your friends and family on social media. Getting the word out to the masses helps just as much as donating.
We have already heard we are on par to be one of the Best Disc Golf Destinations in The World! This is coming from players who have visited from all around the globe, including top touring professionals. We just need a little help to achieve these goals and complete the overall vision.
The Kayak Point property sits on 300 pristine acres just 1 mile from the Puget Sound with everything enticing for Disc Golf: elevation, water, woods, wide open spaces, and scenery that inspires. It has a remote PNW feeling, yet offers easy access to I-5 and is only 15 minutes from casinos, malls, restaurants, and a wide range of accommodations. It's only 45 minutes north of Seattle, 1 hour west of the Cascade Mountains, and about 1 hour south of Bellingham and the Canadian border. These days it’s rare to find a place that is free of the white noise or the city humm, but the tranquil peace and area wildlife are some of this place's most enjoyed features.
There are currently three seperate 18 hole pay to play disc golf courses, with the fourth currently under construction. We are very close to completion, with your kind donation it will greatly narrow that timeline.
The fifth 18 hole pitch & putt course is always FREE and is an easily accessible option for new players and FUN morale booster for seasoned players.
Other amenities on-site include:
A large clubhouse with one of the largest disc golf pro shops in Washington State.
Aces BBQ & Grill located inside the clubhouse with indoor and outdoor seating that serves up some of the tastiest food in the region. Local organic meats are smoked in-house with wood sourced on-site, and the chef creates weekly specials tied to the season that highlight regional fairs.
The Disc Golf Education building is used for team building, work retreats, clinics and lessons. It hosts a large driving range with plenty of room for the biggest arms in disc golf, and two practice baskets.
Designated practice putting area equipped with 3 baskets, with some of the best views of the property overlooking the sound and Olympic mountains.
Plenty of room for not only large disc golf events, but also private events, weddings, birthday parties, anniversary parties, bachelor parties, weekend getaway's, as well as festivals.
We ALL feel like this place is Disc Golf Paradise, and yes, while myself and the KPDGR team are biased, we have heard this from so many who visit from near and far. For those who have visited, we appreciate your continued support. For those who hope to visit one day, we look forward to welcoming you and providing a once in a lifetime disc golf experience.
With your help, this will not only continue to be an extremely unique disc golf destination, but it will also allow us to climb to unimaginable heights and truly create the Best Disc Golf Destination in THE WORLD!!
