Energise PT Ladies Tough Mudder 10 Mile Challenge

Together 13 Energise PT ladies are taking on a huge challenge completing the London South Tough Mudder on the 24th September.

It’s 10 Miles of Mud, sweat, teamwork completing 30 extreme obstacles challenging us all mentally and physically! The obstacles range from climbing over 3 story high cargo nets to crawling under 18” high barbed wire with plunging into ice cold water, electric shocks and a lot of mud in between. 

One of our Energise Mudder’s, Mel has inspired us all to hold this local charity close to our hearts  xxx

 “ Mary How is very dear to my heart. After month of tummy pains and bloating and several visits to the doctors , my Mum finally found out about Mary How as she knew something wasn’t right, who finally were able to confirm Ovarian Cancer. Sadly my mum lost the battle to this really scary cancer but we as a family appreciate such an amazing facility local to us with such speedy and accessible scans and tests. Ovarian Cancer has very few symptoms at first until the later stages including bloating, tummy pains and weight gain round the tummy. It’s all run on donations and volunteers plus medical staff and they offer screening to anyone regardless of being able to pay for this service. Very pleased to be able to fundraise for them again xxx “
