End of Life Expenses for Nancy Robinson
Donation protected
Hi friends,
Almost exactly a year ago, my mother was diagnosed with Stage 4B metastatic lung cancer. In October, she moved from Chicago to DC so I could help take care of her. In February, they stopped palliative treatment and she transitioned to in-home hospice. She is now in in-patient hospice with very little time left.
I’ve been taking care of her totally on my own as we are not in touch with family. She raised me as a single mother 100% of her own and I’ve been grateful to be able to give back as much as I can. We’ve gotten by until now, but it’s become clear that I am going to need serious help once she’s gone. End of life expenses are piling up even now, on top of normal cost of living, cat surgeries, emergency dental procedures, etc.
If you have anything to spare, even a lil fiver, I’ll be grateful to have it. Thank you so much.
