End of Life Care for Maria Paz Ortiz

Hi, my name is Maritza and I am raising funds for end of life care for my beautiful mother. She was diagnosed with late stage neuroendocrine cancer in September and her health has rapidly declined. The doctors determined that she is too weak for chemotherapy treatments so she is now in hospice care. The funds will be used to purchase equipment and needs for my mother, and to help prepare for funeral expenses.
