End Domestic Violence in Muskegon - Take a Stand
Tax deductible
I have been a part of doing all I can to stop domestic violence and human trafficking in Muskegon. I have walked the walk and have not once so much as blinked when faced with the cowardly acts perpetrated by those who use violence to manipulate people and control their lives. I am not out just talking about it when I am working. I mean it.
What so many have witnessed in Muskegon recently by a candidate for a judicial position is beyond any degree of acceptance and we are still being asked to believe some false reality that we didn't see what happened in the video.
Any candidacy costs money. We all know that. Well, here's your chance to take your contribution and put it to work for Every Woman's Place of Muskegon. EWP is in the process of building a new receiving area for victims of domestic violence so they can be seen in a private and safe space and are away from their abuser and with people who can tell them that they are ok to get the help that they need in a dignified and healing setting.
I am asking you to make your voice heard on behalf of all of those too afraid to come forth and speak for themselves. We are entirely too good of a community to turn a blind eye on this for one second more. Speak with a hand for EWP and do not forget the dignity of all of us.
