We are Enactus Southampton - a student-led organisation creating social and environmental impact through our four projects: Seeds for Thought, WonkyBowl, EcoRecraft, and Petsss.
Our teams work on tackling real-world challenges both locally and internationally:
- Seeds for Thought delivers engaging workshops in schools to teach children about sustainably produced food through using hydroponics and aeroponics.
- WonkyBowl reduces food waste by taking surplus ingredients and turning them into meals for homeless people and soup to sell. They've also recently started a scheme for collecting food waste to turn into compost for one of their partners.
- EcoRecraft aims to upcycle Tetra Pak waste into new items diverting them from landfills.
- Petsss works towards giving stray cats and dogs in Morocco a new life as support animals for vulnerable individuals.
Your support will help us develop and scale our newest projects - EcoRecraft, Petsss - as well as continue the ongoing work of our existing initiatives.
